Hi,
I have an PowerBI PRO account and i have mails subscribed on scheduled refresh. I can see the refresh accurs at perodic intervals, but i am not able to login into Outlook to see those emails.
What troubleshooting should i do now.

Currectly, Power BI subscription can only send an email to the address that you use to sign into Power BI. In your scenario, it's your PowerBi account: sss@company.onmicrosoft.com.

@Seth_C_Bauer : I am not paying for Outlook. I was using PowerBI PRO trial version, during that period i was able to view all emails which was sent at peridoic intervals. Now i am paying for the PowerBI PRO, i did not recieve any emails.
My PowerBi account is for example : sss@company.onmicrosoft.com
My Company Email address : sss@company.ie
Is it possible to send those reports (emails) to my company email address? If so can you tell me the steps involved in it.
