How to set up limitation on number of subscription per user

Hello Everyone,

I am faced with a requirement where I need to limit the number of subscriptions each user can hold. I am aware that there is a limit when it comes to reports, that is, a maximum of 24 subscriptions per report, but I am seeking a similar limit for users.

Any suggestions or workarounds would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Debosmita ,

User subscription limits might not be a built-in feature.As for now ,you may regularly review the number of subscriptions per user. If a user exceeds the limit, you could manually intervene. but this method can be time-consuming and is not scalable.

If you would like to suggest feature improvements, you may vote the idea and comment here to improve this feature. It is the right place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
