Hi potsi,
Currently, alerts can only be set up on tiles pinned from report visuals, and only on gauges, KPIs and cards. So you can firstly add a Card visual to show the session counts on a report page, and pin it to a dashboard. Then you should be able to set up data alert on the Card visual on dashboard.
