Hi rveerasamy ,
Currently there is no direct way to send any kind of subscription like pdf, excel, html. etc. except the image(.png) subscription.
You can submit it as an idea here or vote for existing idea regarding this feature addition.
Give a thumbs up if this post helped you in any way and mark this post as solution if it solved your query !!!

If you really must, use the Power BI REST API calls. Be aware that this requires a bit of preparatory work, and may not work if your users require different extracts.
here's an example of a process to export PDF. https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Power-BI-REST-API-gives-403-error/m-p/1232096#M102893
Oh, by the way, Excel format is only supported for paginated reports.

Unfortunately you cannot currently attach an Excel file via Subscription Email Alerts.
Workaround Oprion-01: Check if possible to make report which can be have all important data should fit in a Page (Remove unnecessary columns).
Workaround Oprion-02: Publish in Embedded Format and share the link to end users.
