How to reshare report

Hi there,

 

I have published a report in an app and provided access to selected collegues. I also want my collegues (e.g Bob) to be able to share the report (including permissions) with others. I have enabled the "Allow users to share the app and the app's underlying datasets using the share permission."

 

However how do the users share the report and grant them access? There used to be a 'share' option, but users can no longer see this on the report. Please can somebody help?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Open the app,click on the "edit app" button on the top right corner,then choose the report you wanna share,find the option to share the report,see below:

    So, the users are in the App and not the report directly, correct?

      Hi Kelly,

       

      I have just asked one of my collegues to also try to share via the below instructions, and unfortunately they can not see the 'edit app' function. Is this only available for Admin? If so how would you advise my collegue can share the app?
