How to prevent other from getting pbix file content after publishing

I am planning to provide report design in house.
After publishing, the admin may be able to download my pbix.
Is there a way we can protect our hard work and not copied by others (including the admin) or at least reduce the chance of being copied the source including the table design, PowerQuery etc...

Hi, @FinanceGuy ;
How do you share your reports?If by adding members in the workspace，you could:

1. You can create a workspace and use the Pbix and reports are published to this workspace;
2. Set others' (including the administrator's) role Access to Viewer in the workspace.
3. Other people can only see the report and dashboard and can't download the dataset.

@FinanceGuy , In power BI Service, from the three dots on the right top. You can go to setting -> Admin Portal -> Tenant Setting and you can stop download of pbix -> Under export and sharing setting

Thanks. But I am not the admin. I am trying to see any way to prevent the admin from copying our works.
