How to not display the border (in focus) in report

When I click a visualization, there's a thin and dimmed border appear, as shown in Figure 1. However, in the official sample from Microsoft, there's no border appear when I click the visualization. It just shows an icon for enlarge (shown in Figure 2). How to do that?

This feature is currently available when report is published to Web. I feel this should be applied when browsing reports in Power BI service.

 

Another good thing happens in publish to web is that Lines/images are not highlighted when mouse is hovered on them, giving  a very good unclutter look.

 

PBI team - pls extend the same to normal publishing as well..

what you seeing in Figure 2 is not option to specify but general rule. when you drop visual into designer pane you see borders because you're the editor and are creating visual. once you've setup your report and shared with others they see as you're seeing in microsoft sample.
