How to make web page navigation like below first screen shot

I want to make web page navigation like above screen shot after publishing my powerbi dashboard, but after i published, it is always like below, does anyone knows how I can make it? Thanks!

Hi. The first picture is a Power Bi App. It is consider the best way of sharing with users because of the navigation and flexibility of audiences. You can read more about that in here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-apps

The second picture is just one single report. It will only show a page navigation.

Power Bi Apps can configure sections for the reports/pages navigation and colors.
