How to interpret error codes in Power BI Service

Hello,

 

I have an issue with one report, two colleagues in our entity can´t see the data in the report and the error message shows this:

I have tried everything, the security is set up correctly and we also checked this with external consultants, but we can´t find the issue. Does someone know how to interpret the error code or what it means exactly?

    Hi EmiliaB_123 ,

     

    Based on your description, you mentioned that two of your colleagues are unable to view the reports, have you tried sharing them with other colleagues? Were they able to view it successfully? If they can, then you can do a comparison with the colleague who is unable to view the report to see which part is inconsistent.

     

    If your other colleagues are also unable to view the reports, perhaps you can check if the reports are set RLS or for license reasons?

     

    You can show a more comprehensive error message (not just the error code), i.e. a full screenshot of the error, so that I can better understand the cause of the error.
