How to get sample data for CQD

Hello, 

 

This might seem a weird request, but I would like to know if and how it's possible to get sample data from the Call Quality Dashboard. 

 

I am building different reports using the CQD connector and more and more often I am asked to give demos to showcase capabilities to win new contracts. However, I cannot show data that I have used for other customer's solutions and neither our internal data. 

 

Is there such a thing as a repository with sample data that I can use to build demos?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    I don't believe that there is a sample dataset in the public domain.  However, you can build one based on your real data.  You just have to anonymize your data and that will give you a nice sample to use.

    Hi, thanks for the suggestion, but I cannot do that... I'm with a small company and we create solutions for large enterprises. Our data is not significant enough and is not structured correctly (for example, with different buildings and locations, departments etc).

    Whenever I show a demo with all zeroes in the tables it doesn't look that great. It's difficult to produce something appealing when you cannot verify your results. 

     

    I was hoping to find a way to retain the Microsoft sample data that you get when you first download their solutions...
