Hello,
I have a support ticket I gave up on months ago and now a current ticket that both get directed to India based support teams. While I have no doubt those teams can help me, I just can't understand the reps over the phone.
Any ideas on how to get support from a U.S. based team?

The support ticket is randomly assigned. If you can't communicate with the technical support engineer due to language problems, you can put forward or try to solve the problem by email.
