How to enable 'Schedule refresh' and 'Data source credential' on Power BI service setting?

Hi everyone, 

I'm having some issues regarding 'Schedule refresh' and 'Data source credential' features on Power BI service setting. They are greyed-out and I'm not able to set refresh schedule or enter my data source credentials. I'm having a pro license. Please see below error message. Hope someone can help me with this issue. Thank you!

    I'd guess you need to set up your Gateway Connection which is not greyed out, that may reveal the other two sections.
