I am pulling data from VSTS to Power BI. Data is refreshing everyday.
Please let me know how can I add new filed to show days difference between two date column. Also will this new colum through error while refresh as it deos not exists in source table

@harishkanyal I'm assuming you are using the VSTS content pack... If that is the case, unfortunately there is currently no way to add any additional objects to the model in the Service...

By using the VSTS content pack in Power BI Service, we are not able to add new field or compare two date columns.
Based on my research, one possible method is to create custom queries over the VSTS REST API, get work item data in Power BI Desktop , then you are able to add new calculated fields, format the values and create reports within the VSTS data source in Desktop. Is there any way to comare to date filed columns . I want to create report for Feature which completed late. ( Target date vs Closed date)
