Hi,
I have a 3 table visuals in my power bi services. I want to export those tables data into excel file and store them in sharepoint folder. Is there anyway to do that?
I know it can be done in power automate but online refrences what i referred are not clear enough for me.
Thanks,
Vinoth
Maybe for all the others, who are searching for a solution:
I think you have to create a Paginated report. In this case you can export the whole table with all the data.
Hi ! Does your problem solved . I have the sam issue . Could please explain how to solve in case if you solved it
Thank You
Is this a procedure you want to be done just once or to automate for multiple usage? If it is the latter, with Power Automate, you can create a flow for extracting the Excel file from Power BI service and upload it in a Sharepoint account. This procedure can have a scheduled trigger, like, for example, twice a day. Please refer to the following Microsoft documentation for guidance:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-automate-power-bi-report-export
Hope this answer solves your problem! If you need any additional help please tag me in your reply.

@goncalogeraldes - It does not export all the data. For example - in my Table1 visual, i have 500 records and it has scroll bars. Without scrolling i can view only 50 records and this solution export only those 50 records. Also it does not have option to export the data into excel format.
PBI has some limitations when exporting data from a visual:
The maximum number of rows that can be exported to .xlsx is 150,000.
When using DirectQuery, the maximum amount of data that can be exported is 16 MB. This may result in exporting less than the maximum number of rows, especially if there are many columns, data that is difficult to compress, and other factors that increase file size and decrease number of rows exported.
If the visual uses data from more than one data table, and no relationship exists for those tables in the data model, only data for the first table is exported.
Maybe you have hit one of these limitations. If not, please provide more information on your issue!
I hardly have 500 records from a table
