How late the refresh from configured refresh schedule ?

I want to configuring the schedule refresh before view data.

 

Today, Refresh hanppened 06:17 am, schedule is 06:00 am,

This late 17 minutes from schedule.

 

My plan is : Power BI Pro.

 

How late the refresh from configured refresh schedule ?

    Officially it's been said it can take upto one hour for refresh to start. However in my experience it's always started within 15-20 minutes timeframe.
