Helper IHow is Views by User defined in Usage Metrics?
In Report Server, after clicking on Usage Metrics, how is Views by Users defined?
If I am a user, and I open a dashboard to view in Report Server, and then refresh the browser, does this count as 2 views or 1 view? Or is there some other explanations?
I checked the below link but it does not explain this.

Every refresh of report will increment the report view count for usage metrics. For your scenario, it will count as 2 views.

Is this feature even available on the on-premises PBI Report Server or Service only feature?

Hi pbx,
Usage metrics report feature is only available on Power BI service. Power BI report server doesn't support it currently.
