The current functionality of report subscriptions within Power BI Service is very limiting...you are unable to filter on the slicers on your report page and can only send .pdf/.pptx...which is understandable since it's the report page and not a specific visual.
How do you guys handle report subscriptions? Maybe filtered URLs? Power Automate? Are you only sending .pdf/.pptx/.png or are you able to send .csv/.xlsx files as well?
Scenarios of report subscriptions would be like sending a report today for yesterday's data, or sending a report every Sunday for Monday to Saturday etc
We currently have Pro/PPU workspaces that we're trying to see if we can set up report subscriptions. So, Premium capacity solutions isn't an option for us

Hi @pbi-ai
To be totally honest as it stands today the report subscriptions do not allow this flexibility. You can vote for the ideas at https://ideas.powerbi.com
I personally use Power BI Robots (which is not free) but has all the requirements you are looking for and more.

@GilbertQ - Is there any solution at all using Power Automate in some way? Even if it isn't in Excel format?
