How difficult would this setup be to make?

I have an issue that I want to make a report, but I'm not sure how feasible it is for me to create. I have never created a report or dashboard or anything. I just spent a few hours toying around with it now to test it.

The problem is I work in very large business, but there is basically only 1 guy here that can make BI reports. Which means he has a huge backlog and I'll get my report in 3 months time. 

I'm the teamleader together with another guy and we work with customer service and sales. What we want is basically a report where our operators see their own performance numbers. So we an they can track their own progress an performance. And so we can take action and measures to improve the departement. We have different KPI's that we measure such as sales, availability on the phone, NPS, average handling time, number of calls etc. And to be able to see that for day, week, month, quarterly etc.

So I know this is possible since we have similar systems in place in other departements, but instead of waiting these months we want to make it ourself, because we need it asap. 

What I think is a challenge for us is that we obviously use different systems to collect these data. Genesys delivers our phone data, different system for NPS, and sales go through powerapps/sharepoint. All of the produce reports daily, but how easy would it be to intergrate them into reports from different sources for us newbies?

So like I said we know its possible to make, but how easy/hard would it be for someone with limited knowledge(pr now at least) with powerbi to make something like this ourselves?
