You can get notified immediately when a refresh fails:
1. In Power BI Service, go to the dataset > More Options (···) > Settings.
2. In the Scheduled Refresh section, ensure that Keep data updated is turned on.
3. Enable Send refresh failure notifications to dataset owner.You can also manually check the refresh history for a dataset in Power BI Service.

There is a database with all updates ? Find a short history at this way showed, does not solve my problem. I would like to see all my updates on my datasets at the same way to analyse all my reports.
