Hide reports in workspace

Is there an option to hide 1 specific report in a workspace in the service?

At the moment we have 1 workspace for our business with 4 reports: 3 imports & 1 push dataset.

The report on the push dataset are opening by a link with parameters defined in a dashboard. So the master report should not be showing in the list of the workspace.

Is this possible?

kind regards,

Davina

Because adding people to workspace is to show all the information involved. You can only hide report pages:  https://www.cloudfronts.com/hide-report-page-power-bi-report/

You can make it not include the report in the App, and share the app to the users. The other way is create RLS, not letting users to see the content of the report.

Anyway, it is not possible to remove the report name from the report list in the workspace.

Hi @Anonymous,

in the workspace this is not possible.

You could however publish an App and not include that report.
