Help with error message - scheduled refresh

Hi all,

 

a user set up a report that is fed by Json-files from a on-prem server.

 

I advised to create a service user that can be used in the gateway source. Everything works fine.

 

But form time to time we receive an error (not every day, just unsystematically), any guide on that?
