Help with data refresh

Hi Guys...

I am new... I need some help.

I am PowerBI Pro user (not Premium), and a have a Dataset that contains 2 queries from 1 source (database tables). Only one of them should be refreshed... How can I do that?

Have no premium, so no Incremental, but maybe with dataflow or similar, I can split those 2 to one...

Why not remove one of the query? Are they SQL statements or power query steps? Could you share more details?
