Guest users access
Hi DiKi-I
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.Yes, guest users will be able to access the reports shared through the Power BI app published from a Fabric trial capacity without needing an individual license. This trial capacity functions similarly to a Premium Per Capacity license, allowing our guest users to easily consume the content without requiring a Power BI Pro license.
If this post clears your doubt, please give us Kudos and consider marking Accepting it as a solution to guide other members in finding it more easily.

Hey DiKi-I ,
in addition to what v-sgandrathi mentioned you have to be aware of the following:
The Fabric Trial license is an F64 Fabric capacity, an F64 corresponds to a Power BI Premium P1 capacity.
If you stick with Fabric after the trial but use a smaller Fabric capacity size than F64, e.g., F32 or F8, then all your app users need a Pro License, including internal app users and external guest users.

Tom
Hey DiKi-I ,
assuming you are following this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b, then the simple answer is: yes!
But being more precise: if you added the guest users to the app, then these users will be able to access all the content inside the app. I mention this because you explicitely mentioned that you shared the app with guest users, but then you ask for a report.
Please be aware that the report inside the workspace and inside the app are two different items. This also explains why updating the app is required after publishing a changed report to the workspace.
Hopefully, this helps to answer your question.
Regards,
Tom
