If I understand your scenario correctly that you have problems when you get apps in power bi service?

If so, could you explain your problem in more details?

Do you have problems when you get all apps in power bi service or the single app?

In addition, do you get any error message? If you have any error message, please share the screenshot so that we could help further on it.
