Get data from oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition

Hi, I am currently using cloud-based Oracle Taleo Enterprise service, not to be confused with the regular oracle database.

I'm having trouble getting data from there. I attempted building my own connector, but Taleo Enterprise only supports SOAP, it does NOT support REST as far as my knowledge goes. The server is called Taleo Connect Server. I have no clue how to build a custom connector without built-in data source library from M. 

If anyone has the same issues or have a solution to this problem please leave a comment.
