Get all PBI tenant settings? API?

We need to find an easy way to direct our IT staff (who have the access) to retrieve all our PBI Tenant settings so that we can setup another tenant with the same settings in place (for our testing)

Is there an easy way to do this? Ideal would be an Admin API REST endpoint that fetches all settings?

Please can someoen advise if there is a way to do this.

you can't even get that for a capacity, let alone for a tenant.

Actually on the Fabric REST API it seems to be available....this looks pretty good at least for my needs
