Hi All,
Can anyone please let me know, that below option is disabled at my end. How do I get this option visible to get the on premise data gateway. My issue is, I set the personal gateway, but it isnt working for auto-refresh when my machine is log off..
Hence I'm looking for this gateway.. If possible please provide solution.. Thank You..!!

Hi PowerBiBeginer. The personal gateway is an app that won't be open if the computer is logged off. The recommended gateway is the Standard Mode because it's a Windows Service that will be on the moment you turn on the machine. Another recommendation is using a VM that is turned on 24 hours a day so you can refresh anytime you want. I would recommend installing the Gateway in standard mode in a computer or VM that is turned on 24 hours a day or at least the time you want to refresh.
