    vshiva There are a ton of metrics you can pull from the Office 365 audit logs. Check there to see if any of those metrics produce the results you need.

Thank you so much Anonymous.! After digging through the logs completely, we are able to find the list of users scheduling the refreshes at various timings.! This is the info we were looking for.! Thanks a ton.! :)

 

We need one final information to complete our solution. This info is on the size of the dataset being refreshed. This information is not available in the Logs.! Could you please shed some light on this, if you have some information on the same.
