Gateway issue

I've a companies Gateway setup and shared the same with the user/client for schedule refresh, however, I can turn on the schedule refresh but it is failing to refresh and even manual refresh is failing, below is the error message :

Can someone suggest what needs to be done ?

Hi @Ammu ,

According the error informatiom, We couldn't find the folder 'C.  Please download the pbix file and open in the desktop. Refresh it to see if it works. 

Then please click the file->Options and Settings->Data Source Settings, you will get the following data source settings navigator. Then select change source(highlighted in red line), please check the path and open file as right format.

You will want to provide some more details.  Is that a Personal or Standard (Enterprise) gateway?  

Your folder name contains wildcard characters. That is not allowed.

Recommendation would be to move your folders to a Sharepoint/OneDrive.  That would remove the need for a gateway (in most cases).
