Gateway- errors. there is other solution?

Sea_and_Anne Check out this post, it outlines how to set up the gateway and which use cases do not require a gateway. On a high level, if you store your info in the cloud you don't need a gateway to refresh your data set.

Thanks eno1978. How can i connect to the cloud? I have OneDrive, it works without gateway?

    Yes, you should be able to connect directly... hmm.. (now I'm hesitating because there was an update recently that breaks anything using "web" connections and requires a gateway temporarily. See here)

     

    Have you walked through the gateway troubleshooting? It may be worth working through the issue as opposed to working around it...
