Gateway error

Hi,

Im getting the following error when adding the gateway to Power BI. Kindly advise what need to be f

    Make sure source server is reachable from Gateway server with defined port

    Also try by changing the privacy level.

    Do a quikc connectivity test and see if the connection to your data source is reachable by doing telnet on that port.

    When I visit a website that has a server communication problem, I get a gateway error. Specifically, it describes a situation where a website server receives an invalid response from an incoming server. This particular error is common and rarely contains additional details about the particular cause of the problem. From the user's point of view, you may see a web page called "502 Bad Gateway" or a blank white screen.
