Gateway error

Hello, my data source is an oracle when I connect with a desktop it is working properly and while I set up a gateway I get this error. what can be the cause?   Tried scenario: Re-install the gate...

    Hi Nimai123 ,

     

    I would suggest you check out the credential. Could you share the connection parameter when you set up the gateway? You can mask some sensitive part. Maybe you try another credential for there is more than one credential type.
