Gateway connection error in Power BI Service. - Azure DevOps

Gateway connection error in Power BI Service.
Currently, there is a .pbix file, with three (3) data sources: Phyton Script, AzureDevOps, and SQL Server. The data update process in Power BI Desktop for this file is performed without error. Data source configuration .pbix file (Image 1)

After publishing the .pbix file in Power Bi Service and trying to make the settings to refresh the dataset, the following attachment error appears(Image 2).

Hi @Anonymous ,

It is not supported to implement schedule refresh via on premise Data Gateway (Enterprise Gateway) for Python in Power BI Service currently .There is an idea about this issue, please vote it up, https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/37724956-provide-enterprise-gatew... , to improve the Power BI.

While you can implement schedule refresh via Personal Gateway for Python in Power BI Service. The additional steps are the following:

- Install the Personal Gateway - you need a Personal Gateway installed on the machine where the file is located, and where Python is installed.

- Enable scheduled refresh for the dataset – Need to enable scheduled refresh for the dataset with Python scripts

Hi there

As far as I know Python has to be used with the personal mode gateway and cannot be used with the standard mode?

Try installing the personal mode and see if you can configure the refresh.
