Gateway cannot be reached

Dears,

 

I am facing the problem of gateway cannot be reached as follows:

Something went wrong
Your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
Processing error: Your data gateway is offline or could not be reached. Ensure the computer running the gateway is on during the refresh period.

I checked the server and services are running and cannot know what to do else. the error message is generic and did not explain the reason of that ...

    Hi Mahmoud-Amin ,

     

    Did you use personal or On-premises  one? Please make sure you have installed the lateset version and reinstall the new one if possible. Or you can just restart your gateway and check again. BTW, you can refer to the onlne document to check your issue.
