Have you solved your problem?

You can check that the gateway corresponding to the Dataset is selected during the configuration refresh, and you may need to edit the credentials if there is an error message about invalid credentials in the Data source credentials option.

Keep only one type of gateway running on the computer (Enterprise Gateway or Personal Gateway). Do not run both types of gateways at the same time

For not being able to scroll to the port test section, you can restart the Gateway App and try again.
