Gateway Time Out Errors - Sporadically
Hi all I am trying to diagnose an issue regarding the On Premise Data Gateway for PowerBi. We are facing semi regular issues with time out errors. We face these errors on average around 8 times...

Super UserYou have to make absolutely 100% sure that all your gateway cluster VMs are configured exactly the same for all drivers, ODBC settings, credentials and (ideally) gateway versions.
The sporadic nature of the issue is likely caused by the load balancer randomly choosing a cluster member for a mashup and that one of them is a bad apple.
