Hello everyone,
we are currently trying to move some Excel-Sheets which are use in Reports to another path.
After changing the path in the power query editor the offline refresh works fine and refers to the new path.
After uploading the report, the Gateway is looking in both the old and the new path (the file is displayed two times and so requiers two datasources). We also tried deleting both the report and the dataset and reupload it, but the dataset is still looking for both files.
In PowerBI-Desktop under "Datasources" there are only the new files present.
Is this know or is there workaround or something?
Thanks,
Markus
Hi @Markus_R ,
I have tested, and it works well.
For personal gateway, the path of data source will change automatically.
For on-premise gateway, it is needed to add a new data source under the gateway.
