GEN2 capacity dataset explanation (CPU Time-total vs CpuTimeMS)

Hi,

I'am using the metrics dataset to create a meaningfull allocation of usage based upon CPU time used. I cannot find any resources or explanations on the different measures and or colums in the dataset. 

For example. The "CPU Time - Total" shows a different total then the total of "CpuTimeMs". I want to know why and which one to use.

Can anyone point me to a resource that explains this?

Thanks. CpuTimeMs is the same als the CPU(s) in the overview page. If someone could explain the measure, this would be great.
