Found "process cannot access file because it is being used by another process" error logs in Gateway
Hello Team,
I hope you are doing well.
Recently, I've started observing the below error logs in the GatewayError log files.
DM.EnterpriseGateway Error: 0 : 2023-04-06T11:00:54.1116238Z DM.EnterpriseGateway 329b1fec-6098-4a55-abb4-db7ead257241 1e062342-f730-4817-bf48-1f964690a090 MDSR 4d3a58a8-2a15-4a6d-8cef-653d32fe4cdc 1a62f6c6-399c-4098-9961-303fae99498e 2004f4ec-db84-45da-9a4c-6e3ace8563d0 85A6AA5F [DM.GatewayCore] Error serializing response: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\PBIEgwService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\On-premises data gateway\mnb2aj2g.f1i' because it is being used by another process.
At different times, the file name is different under the same folder as above. Sometimes the file is GatewayInfotemp.temp.log.
This behaviour has been causing failure to our data refresh from data source type Folder which is on a file share.

The version of the Power BI Gateway service is 3000.166.9 (March 2023). I restarted the service a couple of times but didn't help solve the problem. However, the issue is intermittent. But it always fail when the file is being used by another process it seems like.
Please let me know if you have any experience dealing with this kind of issue. Any help/pointers will be appreciated.
Thank you for your time and guidance in advance.

All of the March versions seem to be iffy. "Downgrade" to 162.10
