Forecast the Average performance from the past data based on vendor

Hi Team,

I would like to predict the average forecast performance of the vendors based on the lot number. (where the products are manufactured).

I can have the historical performances from the manufacturing date. How to estimate for the rest of the years productions based on the historical data. The data is also categorized under the quality of the outcome.

The attached image is the current data, looking to forecast for the same as next column or a separate one
