Font Wingding 3 - Exporting to PDF issue (between Client tool & Web browser)

Hi all,

 

I tried to include triangleopenup by using Font named "Wingdings 3" but facing the following issuse:

  1. In Client tool (Power BI report builder), everything works perfectly for "Preview mode" as well as "export to PDF" as below:

2. But after publishing into Premium Workspace -> openning report in "Page View" as well as exporting report to PDF, this will show:

Could please someone help us how to fix this issue or change to another font for this requirement?

    HI BIADMIN12 ,

     

    There is a restriction that whenever you have a font in a report that the user-defined font is installed locally.  If the font is not installed locally, it can't be displayed and the PC will default to something else.
