Filter Pane Formatting Not Working - Users cannot see options

Good day, Community.

It seems that since the new month rolled over, all of my filter panes in all of my reports have gone to dark font. I've tried formatting it back to white but it will not accept the change. Font color of selection options just stays dark no matter what. Are any others experiencing this issue?
