Facing some issues in Schedule Refresh
I published a Power BI report from Desktop to the Service, set up a scheduled refresh, and updated it to follow UAE timings. For me, the report is refreshing daily and shows the correct daily date up...

yes, the filters are taken as per each user, so that everyone when they open the see their applied filters.
one thing they can do is that they click the reset filter button when they open the report so that it reset the filters to the default.
the reset button is the one in green.
