On 24 Aug we received notifications on both our Fabric and unrelated Embedded Capacities that capacity had been exceed (these are in no way linked to each other) and accordingly all artifacts are failing.
We have increased capacity - same issues remain
Paused and restarted both capacitites - same issues remain
Assigned workspace to new capacity created - same issues remain
Created a new fabric F4 capacity and assigned an empty workspace to it - still saying we have exceeded capacity and will not allow artifacts to be added to the new empty workspace on new empty capacity!
Semantic models in the Embedded capacity refresh perfectly in a pro workspace or even if the embedded workspace is converted to a pro licence but stop once converted back to embedded.
Microsoft support are unable to find a reason despite many hours of troubleshooting for this and it has been 10 days now.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
