Extract Users name + roles from workspace

Greeting members , 

i have a workspace where i have over 300 members (95% are viewers ) 

is there a way that i can extract the whole list in a file (ex : Excel ) ? (Email + Role) 

also is there a way i can dublicate the list in another workspace ? 

my account is Power BI Pro .

You'll likely need to be a Power BI Admin to do this using the Power BI cmdlets.
