External sharing stopped for free user
Hi,
Unfortunately it has been changed and sharing dashboards now requires Pro. Faced the same issue and is pretty annoying.

Hi, there are more people experiencing this. It seems like trial versions of Pro has issues when sharing. See for example this link with the comments: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Changes-to-Free-Service-Yesterday-Breaking-Out-of-Tenant-Shared/idi-p/187144/page/2#comments
Users with a pro trial should be able to see externally shared dashboards - but we have an ongoing issue that prevents these dashboards from loading.
We have posted communications in our support site and our engineers are actively working on a resolution.
