External guest - Ability to comment on reports based on RLS ?
Hello! I work at an investment company where we have created reports for our subsidiaries. Our subsidiaries have access to a published PowerBI-app through RLS-security in the underlying dataset...
I don't think your use case is covered.

As a side note - these comments are rather useless as there is no way whatsoever to extract them (for sentiment analysis, for example). They live exclusively in their report/dashboard bubble.
