Exporting Power BI Reports that are embedded in MS Teams

Does anyone know what happened to the ribbon accross the top of embedded Power BI reports in Teams, like this that is in SharePoint:

It finally briefly appeared in Teams recently, but has since gone? Exporting dashboards is really useful and therefore it's great having this ribbon in SharePoint but some of our report consumers can only access via teams and therefore lose the ability to export.

Will this ribbon and it's features return?

Go to Tenant settings and make sure the export features are enabled.
