Export to PDF with current values doesn't work

Hello,   I have issues exporting current view to PDF, especially the matrix visual with some selected view of the hierarchy.   For example: if I choose some particular drilldown view like the one...

Hi Hansi ,

Seems to be a bug to me since "Default Values" will provide the exact snapshot in the PDF exports like v-zhangti mentioned in one of the replies. I'm actually getting the exact snapshot even with "Current Values" and "Only export current page".

There are no additional settings that need to be set.

 

Try the below once just to assure it's a bug:

1. Try exporting from Incognito mode just to make sure no browser cache is affecting the export

2. Try exporting from another system

3. Try exporting after publishing to some other workspace

 

If none of these are fruitful, I suggest you to raise a support ticket with Microsoft team using this link for dedicated support where they can check logs.
