Hi @TomerIwanir1,
Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft fabric community forum. In Power BI, exporting multiple table visuals to the same Excel file (with different sheets) is not natively supported via the built-in export options. However, you can achieve this using the Analyze in Excel feature in powerbi service.

I would like to commend @nilendraFabric for his excellent response regarding the Analyze in Excel feature. I have tested this method and outlined the detailed steps to export multiple table visuals into a single Excel file with different sheets:

Open Power BI Service Navigate to the workspace where your dataset is located. Click the More options (three dots) next to your dataset. Select "Analyze in Excel". Refer to the screenshot below for guidance:

This action will download an ODC (Office Data Connection) file and prompt you to open it in Excel for the web. Please click on it, as illustrated in the screenshot below:

Excel will open a blank sheet. Insert a PivotTable:

  • Go to the Insert tab in Excel.
  • Click on PivotTable.
  • Choose "Use this workbook’s data model" (this is the Power BI dataset) and click ok.

Drag and Drop Fields:

  • On the right panel (PivotTable Fields), select the tables or fields you want.

I have created a PivotTable that aligns with my Power BI visuals. Please refer to the screenshot below:vssriganesh_3-1738782722404.png

Repeated for same for Sheet2:

  • Click on the "+" (New Sheet) button at the bottom to create a new sheet.

Please create another PivotTable using the same dataset and arrange it differently, as demonstrated in the screenshot below:

If your Power BI dataset updates, you can refresh the data in Excel:

  • Click on any PivotTable.
  • Go to the PivotTable Analyze tab.
  • Click "Refresh All" to update all sheets with the latest data.

This approach guarantees that all your tables are consolidated into a single Excel file, with each table placed on a separate sheet.

If this helps, then please Accept it as a solution and dropping a "Kudos" so other members can find it more easily.
Thank you.

Hi @TomerIwanir1

Power BI does not have a native feature to export multiple table visuals from a dashboard/report into a single Excel file with different sheets. The built-in Export data option only works one visual at a time.

If the requirement is to get both tables into one Excel file, here are the only reliable options:

  • Paginated Reports (Report Builder) : This is the official way to export multiple tables together. You can place each table in the paginated report and export them to Excel, where they’ll land on separate sheets. Requires Premium capacity or Premium Per User (PPU).

  • Analyze in Excel : Connect the dataset to Excel and recreate both tables there. Then you can save them in one Excel file with multiple sheets.

  • Automation (Power Automate / REST API) : If you need scheduled or automated exports, these can pull data from visuals or datasets and write them into a multi-sheet Excel file.

Hello @TomerIwanir1

Power BI does not natively support exporting multiple table visuals into a single Excel file with each table on a separate sheet in one step.

The easiest way to achieve this is to use Analyze in excel feature

The “Analyze in Excel” feature allows you to connect your Power BI dataset to Excel and create PivotTables or tables for each visual. This method enables you to organize data into multiple sheets manually

Hope this is helpful
